- 2. Who do we serve?The target population is youth ages 10 – 17 who live within the NETN’s geographical boundaries which extend from Harrison, Fort Bliss & William Beaumont Medical Center in the south to the New Mexico border in the north, the Franklin Mountains to the west, and Railroad Drive to the east. This is an area that is readily accepted as the Northeast. All services are FREE!!!

- 4. When & Where are Meetings?
- Youth Council Meetings – 1st Monday of month @ 6:30 p.m. unless it falls on a holiday then it moves to the 2nd Monday.
- Advisory Board Meetings – 2nd Thursday @ 6:00 p.m. on the odd months (January, March, May, July, September & November)
- Partnership Meetings– 2nd Thursday @ 6:00 p.m. on the even months (February, April, June, August, October & December)
*All meetings are held at 5050 Yvette, Skyline Optimist Youth Park’s Ballroom. - 5. How does this benefit me?
